Creative Abstractions (huri.net) is a tour de farce of pure and simple insanity. Loud mouthed opinions, whacked out thoughts, crazy comic strips, twisted stories, bizarre software and dark poetry. If you are offended by coarse language, blunt opinions, blaspheme, perversion, satire, unorthodox philosophies, political ranting, social criticism, and/or bizarre writings - go somewhere else.
Started in 1995 as Huri's World, Creative Abstractions has gone through a lot of changes over the years. Including at least 3 different occations where the site has crashed, and a lot of content has been lost. That's okay, since I'm slowly rebuilding the content base, with new more exciting stuff.
Oh, and in 1997 this site got the domain name huri.net and has had it ever since. And no, the domain is NOT for sale.
Anyway, this introduction is rather short, I haven't really thought of what to say here yet, so to get a better feeling for what this site is, just go back to the home page and start reading.
Oh yeah, one last thing, if you see a lot of articles with dates of June 22nd, well, it may or may not be because the article was written on that date, but because a long time ago I imported all of my old pages into one of my first home-brewed content management systems, and if there wasn't a creation date listed, the importer stuck it as June 22nd. Such is life.

Well, there's not too much to say about me. My name is Timothy M. Totten, although I'm also known as Huri Omnique (thus the name of the site) and supernovus on various websites. I've been making websites since 1995 (thus this site) and posting increasingly bizarre stuff on them since 1996.
Oh yeah, and my birthday is June 22nd, which explains a bit about why my old content management system chose that date as the default for pages with no listed date.
In addition to this site, I also am the primary author of jargon comics, which actually used to be a part of this site, but was spun-off in late 2010 to gain its own identity.
Oh, and one last thing, most people would consider me crazy. And I don't mean a little eccentric, I mean totally wild-eyed, bat-shit crazy. Although I do tend to be a little calmer in real life since getting married and having kids. Just don't forget, calm does not equal sane!
So, if you've managed to read all of this stuff, and not said to yourself, "Gee, this site and this guy sound way to fucked up for me." Then feel free to browse the rest of the site. Just don't be surprised when you get offended by something, just remember, I warned you.
